Aerolux is certified by TÜV Nederland QA for a quality system according to the standard ISO 9001:2008.
Furthermore all our products are among the most energy efficient products that are available on the market at the moment.
European standard for sports lighting EN 12193
Since July 1999 the European standard EN 12193 for sports lighting is valid. This standard was revised in 2008. The standard replaces all national standards in this area. For all sports minimal horizontal lighting illuminances, measured at 0m, are given. This is the so called maintained value, i.e. 0.8 x initial value.
Also for all sports the minimal uniformity, defined as Eh,min:Eh,ave, is given. Specific conditions are given per sport, for example for television recordings. The horizontal illuminances for each sport are grouped in 3 classes according to the level of competition.
You can order the standard EN 12193 with your national normalization institute. For more information please refer to www.cen.eu.
